Palliative & End of Life Care

People who are nearing the end of their life and those who require palliative care due to a life-limiting illness may want to remain at home for their final days. That’s where we can come in, to help you to have a good quality of life in the time you have left.

We regularly work alongside continuing healthcare teams, district nurses, hospices and other local support groups to offer the right level of home care. We are able to provide fast-track palliative care at the last minute.

Stay at home

  • Only go outside for food, health reasons or work (but only if you cannot work from home)
  • If you go out, stay 2 metres (6ft) away from other people at all times
  • Wash your hands as soon as you get home
  • Do not meet others, even friends or family.

You can spread the virus even if you don’t have symptoms.
